Even some yoga was hurting. <br /><br />I went to a physical therapist, got some ultrasoundy stuff, and some massagey stuff, and he showed me a bunch of stretches and ankle strengthening exercises, and poof! I developed this strange pain in the back of my knee after the great run I had yesterday and I think it may be ITBS again.
