It was between 45-50 at the start band probably 55-60 at the finish. I work my race outfit (compression shorts and a Target dry-fit tee) and then added arm sleeves (pulled off around Mile 14) and a throwaway jacket (removed at Mile 3). Plain and simple - cracking me up over here!!!!
Has anyone ever told you that you kind of look like Laura Ingles (the side view of your high knot in particular fancies the ol' Little House on the Prairie image).
I vote short sleeve with a throw away shirt at the start (or a friend who can hold your shirt for you during the race and give it to you afterward). I'm not one to ever vote for sports bra - but do like the painted abs - classy! I think long sleeves might be too hot (though, do you prefer to feel warm when you run? If so then long sleeves). Am I helping yet? Try runner's world What to wear - awesome tool!
Good luck - and . . . after having my 2 halfs only 7 days a part, I'm now a big FAN of waiting closer to the race to decide - I picked an outfit and the forecast changed or at least it didn't feel as warm as my brain thought it was going to feel and changed my outfit at the last minute - you're good no worries.
Enjoy the taper - it's lovely. I would probably do a throwaway shirt for the beginning, but run most of the race in short sleeves and shorts. I wore a garbage bag before MCM and it helped. I still have the same clothes I've had since I started teaching (7 years ago) so fashion blogs or magazines would be a waste of money for me. The route I took is shady for about 70% of the time and there were no clouds in the sky and it was around 2:30PM my time. I ran 3 miles in a sports bra, long sleeve mesh shirt, and compression shorts that hit just above the knee. I was sweating before I hit mile 1 and I was running at a comfortable pace. The sun definitely helped with warming me up. You'll probably be starting early in the morning so it might feel cooler until the sun rises.

I believe that the conditions of my half marathon last year were similar to what you are facing and my mom and I both ran in short sleeve breathable shirts and spandex pants that hit just below the knee and it was comfortable for both of us. I'm not sure we even needed throw away clothes (we brought warmer clothes but ended up checking them at the bag check). Hope this helps!!
