But I usually do a lasanga...that weighs a ton and does not have an eye to health. Unless it's the health of my taste buds! It's one of a few dishes that I still do the "old family" way with no subs to reduce the calories. I find that having those special dishes that we always talk about the "link" to our past while making and eating is a nice way to feel that we are not giving up anything.
