Core...oops... here is the recipe.<br /><br /><br />Sesame Noodles<br /><br />Core + about .5 Points, if you use 6 Servings<br />Adapted from Diabetic Meals in 30 Minutes - Or Less!<br />6 Servings/Serving Size: 1 cup<br /><br />1 tbsp. peanut butter<br />2 tbsp. light soy sauce<br />1 tsp. sesame oil<br />3 garlic cloves, minced<br />1 tsp. grated ginger<br />2 cups cooked thin whole wheat spaghetti noodles<br />1/2 cup thinly sliced red pepper<br />1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots<br />1/4 cup minced scallions<br />1/4 cup bean sprouts<br />Red pepper flakes, to taste<br /><br />In a small saucepain, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 3 minutes.<br /><br />Combine the remaining ingredients and pour the hot peanut sesame dressing over the pasta vegetable mixture.
