So Good, You'll Lick the Bowl!

A few days ago I saw this delicious recipe for honey glazed peaches over at Elle's blog, We Can Begin to Feed.   I've been dreaming about it for days, but I needed to pick up some peaches before I could make it. Best. decision. ever. Seriously guys, it's so good you'll have to lick the bowl. And then document that act with a photo. So glad that picture is on the internet. I feel like it's probably one of those things I should have kept to myself. Oh well.  Oh, right! Those peaches. Quick, easy, using simple ingredients. All I did was mix a little butter (ok, olive oil spread) a little honey, and some brown sugar in a hot pan. I stirred for 2-3 minutes, and then tossed in the fresh peach slices to get caramelized.  I've never used honey in a caramel before, but it was so fantastic. The end result was really sweet, even for me, so I served it with plain greek yogurt to cut the sweetness a little. It was amazing! And such a great way for me to use up all th...
