Breakfast for Dinner (And Lunch, and Dessert...)

It's really no secret that every day starts out with a bowl of oatmeal for me. Even when I want to try new breakfast recipes, the call of the oat is just too strong. I end up making the more elaborate breakfast dishes, but for lunch, dinner, or even a late night snack instead. And who can argue with that logic when you get to eat things like these delicious pumpkin pie pancakes for your Sunday lunch? I actually started out with the plan to make crepes, but after I had made the first one the batter was too thick. The first one was pretty though, so I'll take it: The recipe for the batter is incredibly simple, and to be honest I didn't even follow it to the letter at all. Find any batter recipe for crepes/pancakes online, whichever you prefer, or use a boxed mix. I won't tell!
